Black Paradise

After natural disasters and viruses swept across the world, only one safe zone remained on Earth—Paradise. Boarding the cruise bound for Paradise, Kwon Ilyeong realizes that the drug he created, now known as “Black,” is poisoning Paradise from within. People pursue the maker of Black, each with their own motives. To survive, you can’t trust anyone. But when he encounters Paradise’s official troublemaker, Seo Juhyeok, things begin to unfold in a way he hadn’t expected… “Then… just suppose, if my existence were to ruin all of your plans, what would happen?” Seo Juhyeok froze for a moment, his smile as if he’d been caught off guard. “Well. There was no strength in Seo Juhyeok’s touch, but when his fingers brushed against a bruised spot, the muscles there flinched reflexively. Seo Juhyeok’s gaze hardened as he swept over the mark, then he locked eyes with him and delivered his warning, word by deliberate word. “Still, don’t bother trying. If you do, I can’t guarantee how I’ll respond.” Ilyeong smiled compliantly, as if to say he understood. Inside, though, he swallowed his thoughts like poison. Fine.
