How to Save the World as a Villain

I woke up inside the body of a villainous, perpetually squinting (sly) character in an RPG. In this world, completing evil quests—such as assassination, arson, and blasphemy—earns points. With those points, I can strengthen both myself and the companions I choose. The companion I chose to raise is Theo, a hero aligned with the forces of good. The more evil I commit, the stronger Theo becomes—and the higher the chances that the good faction will win. To save the world, by day, I become “Rihen,” a guardian who cares for a hero who has lost his memories and regressed to a younger state, and by night, I secretly live a double life, committing villainous deeds worthy of my role. But… something seems to have gone wrong. The hero who should stand for justice has become obsessively attached to me.
