The apprentice dragon hunter stepped into the forest rumored to be inhabited by “evil dragons” for the first time— Without hunting any dragons, she had her heart stolen by a dragon instead. The main principles for survival of a dragon hunter are as follows: Don’t approach the dragon’s lair Don’t lie to a dragon Don’t approach a dragon in heat! Refrain from approaching a dragon in heat! Under any circumstance, never approach a dragon in heat! On her first day on the job, she violated all of the above and what awaited her… was the absolute favor of the dragon. She was well aware that what she was doing was wrong. But— becoming a dragon’s bonded human suddenly took precedence over being a dragon hunter.
